+ Must be able to obtain a forklift license to drive a forklift and a pallet jack. + Must have an Arkansas Boiler Operator’s License Self-motivated and able to work alone without supervision follow instructions, adapt readily to changes, and work well with others. Be willing to assist engineering and contractors with projects. The person in this position will attend any necessary meetings that may concern the boiler, hot water system, filter, and air compressors. This position is responsible for alerting management of any system upsets or problems. The physical use of hands, arms, feet, legs, back climbing stairs, ladders, working on the roof, and confined spaces are part of the daily activities of this position. Will be responsible for giving tours of the boiler during any audits.


Must possess good verbal and written communication and be able to do simple math calculations with or without the use of a calculator.įollow instructions given by Supervisor. Must also be able to lead a team during annual boiler inspection. Will work around various chemicals, will troubleshoot problems with the system, and work with electricity.
